Eversheds Faasen
OVG has developed an office building of around 2,800 m2 and 55 covered parking spaces for Eversheds Faasen in Brainpark III, Rotterdam. Eversheds Faasen has leased the entire building, which was completed at the end of March 2009.
Broek Bakema is responsible for the design of the building. It has a waterfall incorporated at its centre and the transparent building can be approached from all sides. While large rectangular windows emphasize the transparent character of the building, the staggered and diagonal positioning of the windows reinforce its all-round approachability. Accents have been placed in three locations in the form of an entrance, access to the terrace and a bay looking out over the water.
