Pollux, Frankfurt am Main

Pollux is a 130 metre high-rise office building with 35,000 sq m of floor surface in an excellent location near the Messe complex and Frankfurt's central railway station. This high-rise was realised twelve years ago based on a design of Kohn Pederson Fox architects of London. It is still considered a modern part of the Frankfurt skyline. OVG Investment Management serves as the Asset Manager of this building at the instructions of the owner.
The building offers lessees a fantastic view over the city and an excellent location in terms of accessibility by car and public transport (both trains and subway) and offers spacious parking facilities. The design of the building offers a high degree of flexibility, enabling various lay-out concepts.
We are currently working hard on expanding the building's facilities. This area will be of increasing importance as one of Frankfurt’s business quarters, with new construction being realised in the immediate vicinity for companies such as PCW, BNP Paribas and Union Investment.
