De Haagsche Zwaan
At the cross point of the Schenkkade and the main entrance route to The Hague, the Utrechtsebaan, OVG has developed a landmark building which is clearly noticeable when entering the city centre. The building is leaning with a 12 metre overhang. This remarkable building is designed by ZZDP architects. Deloitte is lessee for a part of the Haagsche Zwaan. The transparent building fits the characteristic identity and brand ambition of Deloitte to be the largest national financial business partner. The building is also positioned strategically close to public transport as well as main highways.
