Experience has taught us that it is the apparently unfeasible assignments that lead to the most innovative solutions. The only way to find a new way is to leave the beaten track. Our projects are a perfect example of this. The end-user is always at the forefront. Location and building type follow on from this. The building is not the end, just the means.

About OVG

When founder & CEO Coen van Oostrom started OVG at the age of 27 a lack of financial means forced him to create his own chances. It is his energy and ambition that has thus created the ‘OVG method’. Since then everyone joining OVG has shared the same enthusiasm and passion for our profession. This is what makes OVG so enterprising.

Sustainability

For us sustainability means managing the available resources as cleverly as possible in order to provide people with buildings that are not only beautiful but affordable and environmentally responsible as well. Having our own Sustainability Center enables us to continuously stay ahead of the market. Because finding the best green innovations for our clients is what we are all about.

TNT Centre finalist MIPIM Awards 2012

TNT Centre is one of the three finalists for the prestigious MIPIM Awards in the ‘Best Office and Business Development’ category...

At the end of January the jury selected the top three projects with the highest technical, architectural and sustainable qualities from more than 100 projects. The TNT Centre triumphed over strong international competition; 47 countries including Vietnam, Uruguay, Spain, Siberia, Kazakhstan, Argentina, Brazil, Hong Kong, Sweden and the United States had submitted entries. One of the leading organizations for professional and international exhibitions and events, Reed MIPEM, organizes the MIPIM Awards each year, which succeeded in attracting 6 million people in 2011 alone.

The award is to be presented in Cannes on March 8th. In addition to the vote from the illustrious jury of professionals, MIPIM visitors' voted will also determine which of the three finalists will win the MIPIM Awards 2012. This year it will also be possible for the first time to vote online for the ‘People's Choice Award’.

You can vote for your favorite via the MIPIM website until March 1st.
